Summary
Damian Lillard is one of the highest risers in the draft process and it's easy to see why. He's a safe, versatile scoring point guard who plays and works really hard, is smart and rarely makes mistakes. But also tested really well athletically and has some upside. There are worries about the level of competition Lillard faced and whether he can run a team at the next level, but given how hard of a worker he is, I wouldn't be against him.
